We at Career Level Up believe in the potential of every person and target to optimize it at its best. The hiring process has become increasingly difficult as more companies rely on automated applicant tracking systems to review candidates. It’s hard to know if your CV will be one of the few that makes it past that round. We at Career Level Up are here to fix that.
Founded in 2021, Career Level Up is a Dublin-based startup. Our platform leverages AI to provide immediate feedback and recommendations to improve CV and social media profiles.
Our team met at Trinity College Dublin while enrolled in the MSc Entrepreneurship program. We have wide-ranging backgrounds in product management, marketing, technology, engineering, and computer science.

Professor Eoghan Nolan serves as our primary investor and advisor, without whom none of this would have been possible. Eoghan Nolan is an accomplished technology leader with 20+ years of experience driving success in fast-growing finance and internet technology companies in the UK, USA, and Ireland. A proven track record of linking commercial and technical strategies, designing and delivering web-scale technology products and platforms, building and operating modern integrated engineering teams, driving regulatory and security compliance.
